The space
The apartment offers 80qm of open living space that feelks like a loft. With the booking the entire penthouse can be used excluisvely.
Free, protected parking space is 80m from the apartment (too small for higher than average Vans, SUVs or VW-buses).
The comfortable living room, dining room and bed room are all openly connected without barriers. The kitchen is relatively small but is equiped with absolutely everything needed from juice squeezer to coffee machine.
The rooftop terrace offers one of the very best views in the city. Floor and all furniture as well as including the spectacular foyer are hand crafted by one of Karlsruhe’s leading carpenter .

With the booking the penthouse can be used exclusively without any other guests.
